The Cantigny Experience at a glance:

McCormick Day

Wednesday, July 30 | 10 am – 3 pm

Free event; No Parking Fee

Help celebrate Robert R. McCormick’s birthday!
Eat ice cream and birthday cake while you explore 19th century games. Learn how the Colonel commanded an artillery battalion in WWI. Adjust trajectory and velocity to hit the target in our water balloon version of backyard ballistics. Experience Cantigny as a working farm. Visit the Colonel’s Cantigny home during our open house. The Colonel's wife, Amy, will be on hand to share stories and cut the birthday cake!
