Easter Hoppenings

Easter Egg Hunt Open House

Saturday, March 26 | 9 am - 12 pm
$5 per car parking

The Egg Hunt will run continuously from 9 am - 12 pm and we will hide eggs throughout the park. All guests will be given a map when they enter to help them locate the eggs. This event is an open house-style and for ALL AGES.

Bring your baskets or decorate your own Easter Bag!
Limit: 5 eggs per child.
There will NOT be prizes inside the eggs; instead, bring your 5 eggs to one of our 3 prize stations (Visitors Center, First Division Museum, and Robert R. McCormick Museum) to claim your prize.

Come visit the Easter Bunnies!

We will have “Mr. Bunny” at the Robert R. McCormick Museum and “Mrs. Bunny” at The First Division Museum, so be sure to stop by both locations for a photo any time from 9 am – 12 pm.

Decorate an Easter Bag!

Hop over to the Education Center and get creative! Decorate a canvas bag before collecting your eggs. $3/bag | 9 am – 12 pm while supplies last.

No registration required. A map will be given at the parking booth with all activity locations. This event will be held rain or shine!

Don't forget to stop by the Visitor Center for the USBORNE BOOK FAIR from 9 am - 4 pm inside the Visitors Center and shop some of the greatest children's books around! Also, the movie "Hop" will be playing continuously throughout the event in the Visitors Center theater if you need a break.

Breakfast with the Bunny

Saturday, March 26 | 9 am - 11:30 am seatings

$25 for adults | $17 for children (ages 4 - 10)

No charge for children 3 years and younger 

Includes parking fee | Reservations are required 

Breakfast Buffet:

Menu: Pancakes | Bacon/Sausage | Potatoes | Fruit | Scrambled Eggs | Muffins | Coffee & Juice
Event includes: parking fee, breakfast buffet, Easter Bunny, face painting and balloon artist.
